Check out this link for BCML's SciStarter lists. These are just a few of the many projects linked through SciStarter.org. The library has resources or Citizen Science family-friendly kits that you can check out with your library card to help with some of the projects.
Interested in wildlife? We have wildlife ID kits with field guides and binoculars. Interested in the night sky? We have a kit with a book about the stars and a star chart. Interested in germs/microbes? We have a kit with a book about germs and a mini microscope and slides.
