The Bath County Memorial Library is happy to announce a space dedicated to local and historical artists who lived or are living in Owingsville. Over the years, art work of all kinds has been donated to our library. However, we've never had a space to showcase the local talent. Until now! With art work ranging from paintings, photos, sculptures and more, the BCML is proud to show off some more local flavor in this digital format.
