This summer, Bath County Memorial Library invites readers of every age to dig a little deeper. Inspired by dinosaurs, fossils, archaeology, and the thrill of discovery, Unearth a Story™ is the 2026 Summer Reading Program — and it’s free for kids, teens, and adults alike.
Whether you’re unearthing a great book, exploring local history, or discovering a new favorite author, there’s something here for everyone. Pick up a reading log at the library, track what you read, and join us all summer long.
